Maria Elena Rodriguez is a TV writer and producer. Her first job in TV was production managing The Simpsons. Working as a line producer, then drama writer, taught her how money, morale and uncertain management affect both product and workforce. She is also active in criminal justice reform where kindness is a magical power.
